Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to support billing, invoicing, and AR activities for customers across the United States.

This onsite role focuses on ensuring accurate invoices, reconciling accounts, and communicating with internal teams to address discrepancies. The position requires a High School diploma (Associate degree preferred) and experience in AR, billing, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, accounting, or related financial operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are accurate and issued per shipment docs, contracts, and pricing.
• Review billing documentation before invoice issuance.
• Monitor customer accounts for billing issues and discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with internal teams and customers.
• Maintain communication with customers on invoice status and requirements.
• Prepare and analyze AR reconciliations linking shipments, invoices, and GL.
• Support month-end closing and AR reporting.
