Genius, a leading music technology company based in Los Angeles, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the order-to-cash process and AR activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and clean ledgers.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and comfort working onsite in Beverly Hills 3–4 days per week. LA residents preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable or similar financial role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order-to-cash process and AR activities.
• Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile AR ledger and post payments daily.
• Respond to billing inquiries and maintain records.
• Produce AR status reports and monitor aging.
