Triple-S Steel is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the accounting team in Houston, ensuring timely processing of payments and accurate AR records. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include posting payments, handling past-due accounts, generating statements, and assisting with collections under the guidance of the Collections Manager.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, administrative support, or related experience.
• Experience with collections, customer account management, and billing processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and AR transactions.
• Drafts correspondence for past-due accounts and collections, contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
• Creates reports on current status of customer accounts as requested.
