Qualifications

• 1–3 years in medical billing and collections.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Familiar with payer follow-up and denial resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage denial resolution and appeals with vendors.
• Perform AR aging follow-up (30, 60, 90+ days).
• Post payments and reconcile accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with patients and payers regarding EOBs and costs.
