Auberge Collection is seeking an AR specialist for the Mauna Lani property on the Island of Hawaii. The role focuses on accounts receivable, invoice posting, and wholesale billing within Opera and related systems. You will support month-end close, respond to AR queries, and collaborate with Sales Leisure, reservations, and front office.

A business degree or equivalent experience is required. We value accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work a full-time schedule in a hospitality

Qualifications

• Business undergraduate degree or three years related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of USALI or USALI principles.
• Familiarity with Opera and InfoGenesis systems.

Responsabilités

• Upload daily front office transactions into accounts receivable module in OPERA.
• Review, input, edit and post invoices in accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate billing for wholesale partners per wholesale agreement.
• Communicate with Sales Leisure division, reservations and front office for rate variances.
• Prepare rate variance adjustments and obtain approval from Credit Manager.
• Process billing on wholesaler extranet as outlined in contracts.
• Respond to AR queries from guests and other departments.
• Print and e-file AR aging and detail invoices for month-end closing.
• Assist with archiving AR files per retention schedule.
• Compile records requested by auditors.
• Assist with special event-related duties.
• Attend meetings or activities outside regular hours; overtime may apply.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
