Qualifications

• Knowledge in PMS OPERA/POS SYMPHONY/SPA SOFTWARE ZENOTI.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum one year experience in Resort/Hotel.
• Accounting or business degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR invoices daily within 24 hours.
• Ensure transfers to City Ledger align with the control account.
• Verify room rates charged to travel agents match contracts.
• Resolve rate or charge discrepancies with Finance leadership and process rebates.
• Update AR invoices in Excel promptly per dispatch.
• Prepare and send monthly AR statements.
• Maintain AR ledger aging under 60 days with >93% of totals outstanding.
• Attend weekly credit meetings and report issues to the Director of Finance.
• Check pro-forma invoices before reservations are sent.
• Process agent commissions via Onyx promptly and notify agents.
• Process Skywards miles reports weekly and reconcile payments.
• Check departure guest registration cards by date.
• Verify daily credit card transactions in Opera/Symphony against bank statements and flag discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly staff city ledger and deduction lists.
• Handle customer inquiries on payment terms and special billing requests.
• Maintain organized filing system per SVS standards.
• Assist with month-end close including AR reconciliation and provisions.
• Assist with payment follow-ups and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform daily income auditing and distribute revenue reports; prepare monthly statistics.
• Daily credit card reconciliation with bank; report discrepancies.
• Respond to credit card chargebacks promptly and notify finance.
• Perform additional duties as required by finance leadership.
