Job summary

Mauna Lani by Auberge Resorts LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the hospitality finance team on the Kohala Coast, Hawaii. The base salary is $29.36 hourly, with responsibilities including posting invoices, reconciling AR aging, and communicating with Sales Leisure and front office for rate variances.

The role requires familiarity with Opera PMS and InfoGenesis POS, plus solid Excel and numeric accuracy.

Qualifications

• General reading, math, memory, speaking, writing and organization skills required.
• Ability to perform routine accounting tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with hotel industry accounting standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Upload daily front office transactions into accounts receivable module in OPERA.
• Review, input, and post invoices in accounts receivable module.
• Ensure accurate billing for wholesale partners per wholesale agreement.
• Communicate with Sales Leisure, reservations, and front office for rate variances.
• Prepare rate variance adjustments and obtain approval from Credit Manager.
• Process billing on wholesaler extranet per contract terms.
• Respond to AR queries from guests and other departments.
• Maintain AR aging and relate invoices for month-end closing.
