S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist I to support daily AR operations from our Mission/St. Ignatius, Montana area.

The role handles invoicing, payment posting, and customer inquiries while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation. Telecommute may be considered for qualified candidates. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of accounting or finance experience, with a preference for three years.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in accounting or finance; three years preferred.
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and customer inquiries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly billings to customers and invoices.
• Verify data and ensure billing complies with contract terms.
• Record, post, and reconcile payments in the designated system/payment portal.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries and research discrepancies on bills.
