Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly billings to customers, DD250, Public Vouchers, and Commercial Invoices.
• Ensure billings meet all Contract Terms.
• Validate that data is accurately entered in designated payment portal.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Disseminate information in report form to staff on accounts receivable issues.
