Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage cash flow and accurately reflect data on accounting platforms. You will work with internal and external producers to identify efficiency improvements and ensure compliance with financial procedures.

Candidates must be located within commutable distance to Carlsbad, CA and be willing to work onsite full-time during a probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid schedule (2 days WFH, 3 days in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of one year experience in Accounts Receivables.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to external and internal teams.
• Operate in multiple insurance-based accounting platforms.
• Post incoming cash streams through high-volume bank accounts.
• Invoicing, direct billing, and dispute settlement management.
• Monitor aged receivables and facilitate collections.
• Maintain financial records through balance sheets and GL accounts.
