Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or commercial insurance sales.
• P&C license for California with ability to provide proof upon request.
• Willing to work onsite in Carlsbad for the first year, hybrid thereafter if quota met.

Responsibilities

• Handle 15-30+ inbound calls and 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects/customers seeking coverage.
• Assess insurance needs and recommend suitable products from carriers and markets.
• Provide fast, accurate quotes over the phone using the online application system.
• Close sales by following a script and overcoming objections.
• Build relationships and maintain excellent service throughout the sales process.
