Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is a growth-stage insurtech distributor and MGA, seeking a driven telesales professional to join our Carlsbad office. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assess client needs, quote quickly, and guide brokers and clients through our carrier partners.

The role requires a California P&C license, English plus Spanish a plus, and onsite work for the first year with potential hybrid after quota.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred for progression.
• Proven telesales experience within the insurance industry or commercial insurance sales.
• California P&C license required with ability to show proof on request.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus; onsite at Carlsbad office for first year.

Responsibilities

• Handle 15-30+ inbound calls and 50+ outbound calls daily from prospects seeking coverage or service.
• Assess general liability, workers comp, auto and excess needs and recommend products.
• Provide fast, accurate quotes over the phone using our online system.
• Close sales by following scripts, overcoming objections and promoting additional lines.
• Maintain strong relationships and document activities in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with agents, service reps, underwriters and managers to hit targets.
• Adapt to evolving technology and processes to improve sales workflows.
