Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Maintain accurate customer, invoice, and payment records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize multiple account priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal follow-up.
• Research issues, resolve discrepancies, and follow established credit and payment policies.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply incoming customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts, review aging reports, and follow up on past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment discrepancies, invoices, and payment status.
• Research, reconcile, and resolve account discrepancies while maintaining accurate AR records.
• Maintain and monitor the Accounts Receivable ledger to support timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare sales rebate and commission reports and assist with AR activity for major retail customer accounts.
