Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. in Louisville, KY is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage payments, post receipts, and maintain AR ledgers. You will collaborate with sales to obtain account paperwork and apply credit per SOPs, ensuring accuracy and timely collections.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills (pivot tables) and working knowledge of SAP financial modules. A 2-year experience plus a high school diploma are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, federal guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
• Working knowledge of SAP financial modules.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when processing large numbers of invoices.
• Strengths in written/verbal communication and interpersonal collaboration.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and present results clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations.
• Process and monitor incoming payments; verify and post receipts to secure revenue.
• Record payments to accounts and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Gather information from banks and credit institutions to process/apply for credit and collect on overdue accounts.
• Maintain records of delinquent accounts and credit risks.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and cash control sheets; update AR ledger.
• Collaborate with sales to gather account paperwork and verify files.
• Follow SOPs for collection procedures and escalate when needed.
