Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Tulsa, OK seeks a detail-oriented AR professional to manage payments, post receipts, and maintain receivables. You will work with banks to verify credit, collect overdue amounts, and keep a 1,000+ account portfolio up to date. Strong Excel and SAP experience required.

You will collaborate with sales and other departments, follow SOPs, and perform daily cash deposits while upholding GAAP standards and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP, federal guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in Excel to create pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Working knowledge of SAP financial modules.
• Strong attention to detail for processing large invoice volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services and ensure operational accuracy.
• Process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by posting receipts.
• Record payments to accounts and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Gather information from banks and credit institutions to verify credit applications and collect overdue payments.
• Maintain a portfolio of accounts with notes and terms for customers.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and cash control sheet.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve account issues.
• Perform collections procedures per SOPs and escalate as needed.
