Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of AP experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, federal guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices through the AP workflow accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for accuracy, including vendor data and supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, coding errors, duplicates, or missing information and resolve them.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain clarifications and approvals.
• Monitor queues, prioritize invoices, and meet processing deadlines.
• Ensure proper routing for approvals and compliance with AP policies.
• Assist with SAP system conversions and evolving processes while maintaining accuracy.
• Respond to vendor inquiries by email or phone.
• Assist with updating ledgers and journals as needed.
• Perform check runs for assigned divisions.
