Active Security Consulting is seeking an Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable to manage billing for assigned projects and customer accounts. The role ensures accurate, on-time invoices, applies cash, maintains aging, and leads collections to support cash flow.

The position collaborates with the Finance Department and project managers to resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close, with focus on accuracy and timely revenue recognition.

Formación

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash cycle and billing terms.
• Experience with government contract billing is a strong plus.
• Ability to read contracts and POs to find billing terms and spot discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices from PROCAS and ConnectWise.
• Confirm billing schedules with Program Managers before invoicing.
• Submit government and commercial invoices in required portals.
