Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and project-based billing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AR/invoicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with project managers, coordinators, and clients to provide excellent service.
• Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding AR balances.
• Review closed project files to ensure accurate billing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and overdue balances.
• Prepare AR aging reports and payment status updates.
• Support audits of project and AR records for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist project accountants by reviewing project expenses and timesheets per client contracts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the PA Manager.
