Job summary

KBR is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Shared Services AR team supporting Government Solutions-US. You will manage invoice submissions, reconcilations, and cash collection for government and commercial customers.

You will work with billing analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoicing and accuracy, maintaining compliance with FAR invoicing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years accounts receivable, billing, invoicing experience.
• Experience with government contract invoicing and payments.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoice submissions via customer portals.
• Reconcile DFAS payments against KBR billings and allocations.
• Collaborate with AR Support Manager on reconciliation tasks.
• Resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support cash collection and analyze payment reports.
• Identify discrepancies and support process improvements.
