Motive Companies, LLC in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the full AR cycle, from invoicing and cash application to collections and audit support. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and the Controller to ensure accurate billing and timely cash collection.

The role requires expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and tax/audit processes, with a focus on GAAP revenue recognition and month-end close. On-site duties in Fountain Valley, California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP.
• Familiar with Avalara for sales tax calculation.
• Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition.

Responsabilités

• Oversee invoicing and pricing checks in ERP.
• Post payments and apply cash accurately.
• Manage collections and aging with sales input.
• Assist with month-end close and audit support.
• Document controls and train staff on AR processes.
