Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments by check, ACH, wire, or card.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with collections and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely billing operations.
