PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in Bethlehem, PA. The role covers the full AR process, including payments, reconciliations, and month-end support. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm, with a pay rate of $24–$29 per hour and a temp-to-hire path.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in AR, strong ERP experience (NetSuite or similar), and a degree in accounting or finance is preferred. High-volume environments and multi-entity experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, billing, or related accounting.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments via ACH, checks, wire, credit card, lockbox, and other methods.
• Research unapplied cash, discrepancies, and deductions.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and statements with accurate payment terms.
• Handle credit memos, adjustments, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with customer credit reviews and account setup/maintenance.
• Reconcile subledgers to GL and investigate variances.
• Support month- and year-end closings and internal controls.
