Shr LLC is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 100% onsite opportunity in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will manage AR for B2B and B2C, process credit card payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes with a hands-on approach.

Ideal candidates have AR, collections, cash applications, or related accounting experience, plus NetSuite familiarity and strong Excel skills. Experience with e-commerce or Amazon transactions is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, or a related accounting function.
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C transactions strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit card processing, reconciliations, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Experience with customer collections and account aging.
• NetSuite experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities across B2B and B2C transactions.
• Process and reconcile credit card payments and customer transactions.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and transaction errors.
• Investigate credit card disputes, customer claims, and chargebacks.
• Manage B2B collections and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and distribute account statements.
• Monitor aging, with particular attention to accounts in the 30–60-day range.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate AR records.
• Analyze transactional data in Excel to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with internal teams to research account issues and determine root causes.
• Support e-commerce and marketplace transactions, including Amazon-related activity.

SHR Talent is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 100% onsite opportunity in Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on AR professional who enjoys digging into transactional data, resolving discrepancies, and managing both B2B and B2C receivables.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of accounts receivable, collections, credit card processing, reconciliation, and dispute resolution experience. Experience working with e-commerce or marketplace transactions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities across B2B and B2C transactions.
• Process and reconcile credit card payments and customer transactions.

• NetSuite experience highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile transactional data.
• E-commerce, Amazon, or other marketplace experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to independently research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Pennsylvania.
