Responsibilities

• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks.
• Maintain accurate records in DCF Analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately.
• Handle intercompany transactions and eliminations during consolidation.
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision.
• Build the close documentation a new mid-level hire could follow blind.
• Partner with department heads to track spending against approved budgets.
• Analyze financial data using Facilitation to surface trends and risks.
