Job summary

Symetri USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a head for numbers and strong analytical skills, reporting to the Controller in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities include posting payments, contacting past-due accounts, onboarding new customers, reconciling billing, and generating AR reports. Opportunities for advancement and a competitive salary are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years' related accounts receivable / collections experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post incoming customer payments using accounting applications.
• Contact past due customers to collect balances and reconcile billing issues.
• Assist with client profile updates and new customer onboarding.
• Escalate billing, payment, collections and terms issues as needed.
• Prepare receivables reports and monitor customer accounts of concern.
• Support AR process improvements and customer success metrics.
