Symetri USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a head for numbers and strong analytical skills, reporting to the Controller in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities include posting payments, contacting past-due accounts, onboarding new customers, reconciling billing, and generating AR reports. Opportunities for advancement and a competitive salary are available.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years' related accounts receivable / collections experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ROLE

Symetri is growing at an unprecedented rate and we are interested in hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a head for numbers and strong analytical skills. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will report directly to the Controller and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities

• Post incoming customer payments using our accounting applications


• Contact past due customers to collect balances. These are typically reminder calls and not hard collections - We experience very few unrecovered balances per year due to the high quality of our customers.


• Assist with client profile information updates and new customer onboarding


• Act as a liaison for customers to reconcile any billing discrepancies


• Escalate issues of billing, payment, collections and terms as needed


• Reporting on summary status of all receivables and primary customers of concern


• Assist with AR process improvement and customer success metrics related to payment terms
