Robert E. Mason & Associates, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounts receivable postings, collections, supplier invoices and customer invoicing to support cash flow and accuracy.

Strong MS Word/Excel skills and experience with ERP and CRM systems are required, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities essential to succeed in our 100% employee-owned environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 4 years accounting experience.
• Able to work in a team environment; self-directed and detail oriented.
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day accounts receivable cash postings and collections.
• Process supplier invoices and customer invoicing.
• Assist with communicating invoicing questions to customers and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
• Interact with accounting, customer experience, sales and management as a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
