Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AP/AR or related accounting experience
• Strong Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, SAGE or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable including invoicing, payment application, reconciliation and collections
• Monitor past-due balances, prepare aging reports and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with Accounts Payable tasks such as invoice processing and vendor reconciliations
• Support month-end close, reporting and analysis
• Participate in Epicor ERP implementation and ongoing use
