Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent;Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable and ERP/Acumatica is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable activities including daily balancing.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers and ensure they are entered.
• Contact customers to ensure on-time payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Record payments and deposit handling and apply to AR.
• Monitor AR aging and initiate collections when needed.
• Maintain ERP records and support internal controls.
• Assist with audits and system upgrades as required.
