Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Knowledge of cash posting, billing, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with invoicing portals such as Tungsten, Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including cash application and collections.
• Prepare, review, validate, upload, and download customer invoices with accurate terms and documentation.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on past-due balances, resolve discrepancies and escalate delinquent accounts as needed.
• Maintain customer records, payment instructions, contact information, W-9 forms, and account notes.
• Perform month-end reconciliations, aging reviews, accruals, variance analysis, and related reporting.
• Prepare AR reports, aging summaries, and customer statements.
• Establish and maintain customer credit accounts and obtain D&B and Atradius reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond promptly to emails and calls, meet deadlines, and maintain documentation.
