You will process payments, generate invoices, maintain customer accounts, and assist with month-end close in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration with internal customers; prior accounting experience and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day accounts receivable, invoicing, and month-end tasks.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, payments, or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Syspro ERP.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments accurately in ERP.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices for multiple units.
• Create and maintain customer accounts in Syspro.
• Process debit/credit memos and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare reports and assist month-end close.
• Communicate with customers on invoices and payments.
• Support general accounting/administrative duties.
