Responsibilities

• Prepare bank deposits.
• Post checks and credit card payments to customer accounts.
• Correct discrepancies on invoices from the day’s deliveries.
• Answer AR phone and email inquiries.
• Collections: make calls and emails to past-due invoices.
• Prepare debit and credit memos for claims, returns and deductions.
• Take initiative to complete open tasks and seek additional work.
• Maintain positive work relations and support team goals.
• Communicate respectfully with employees and vendors.
• Adhere to attendance policies and company handbook procedures.
• Fulfilling other AR duties as assigned.
