Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth Accounts Receivable operations.
• Process and post incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) accurately and timely.
• Monitor and manage the AR inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices and statements timely.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies, including short payments and unapplied cash.
• Assist with collections efforts and communicate payment status to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute aging reports and support receivable reporting.
