Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including collection outreach via phone and email.
• Evaluate and establish customer credit terms and limits; process credit applications.
• Review and release customer orders with payment status consideration.
• Partner with sales to resolve disputes and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Address invoice discrepancies and maintain customer relationships.
• Recommend escalations, write-offs, or term adjustments as needed.
• Support cash application and assist with broader accounting projects.
