Qualifications

• Preferably lead experience in a busy construction company.
• Accounting experience in the commercial recreational aquatic industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit AIA billings to multiple jobs monthly.
• Process, review, and code daily invoices and payments.
• Prepare weekly AR report and forecast future collections.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies promptly.
• Collections on past due accounts.
