Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage AR functions for assigned accounts and actively pursue outstanding payments. You will contact debtors, negotiate plans, and maintain accurate account records to support cash flow.

The role requires 2+ years in collections, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP/AS400 experience is preferred. This is a full-time position within the First Aid and Safety organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable related functions for assigned accounts.
• Identify outstanding debts and plan recovery actions.
• Heavy phone activity with customers to collect payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate discrepancies and update account status in the database.
