Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to handle all AR functions, including tracking assigned accounts, recovering payments, and handling inquiries. Role involves heavy outbound calls and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate customer ledgers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collections, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP/AS400. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Carmel, Indiana within our First Aid and Safety organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years' collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and contact customers to collect payments.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Update account status in the database and alert supervisors of non-payers.
