Qualifications

• Ability to use confidential information professionally to meet targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Make heavy phone calls to contact debtors and negotiate payoff plans.
• Investigate discrepancies and update account status regularly.
• Alert supervisors of accounts with payment issues and escalate as needed.
