Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections and financial processes for clients in South Anaheim and surrounding areas. This role requires bilingual Spanish ability, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

In this in-person position, you will post receipts, perform daily collection calls, handle chargebacks, and generate aging reports.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Live within 15 miles of our office location.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Post cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price differences, returns.
• Make daily collection calls and interact with customers proactively to resolve.
• Track and investigate chargebacks from customer payments.
• Resolve outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports.
• Oversee daily receipt applications, debit and credit memos.
• Create invoices, collect accounts receivable amounts, and send statements.
• Prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor.
