Responsibilities

• Prepare daily postings of cash receipts.
• Investigate short pays and determine adjustments or collections.
• Monitor AR aging and coordinate actions for past due balances.
• Issue weekly Dunning runs for overdue accounts.
• Communicate payment status with sales managers.
• Prepare AR reports for management.
• Issue credit memos for returns or damaged items.
• Post bank statements to SAP daily.
• Post daily AR transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Manage credit insurance and related risk controls.
• Oversee Concur Travel & Expense reporting processes.
