Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to maintain timely payments and provide strong customer service in a regional trucking environment.

In Auburn, WA, you will manage aging and disputes, initiate collection calls, and handle invoice inquiries while supporting month-end close and audits. This role requires accuracy, persistence, and teamwork across departments.

Formación

• 2+ years in collections or customer service in a business AR setting.
• Strong communication skills with professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AS/400 or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with executives, accounting, shipping and operations.
• Excellent organization and prioritization to manage high-volume accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate outbound collection calls to resolve past due balances and arrange payments.
• Review aging reports, prioritize accounts, and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle inbound inquiries about invoices, payments, and account status; investigate and resolve issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the AR system, including promises to pay and disputes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve blockers, disputes or service issues.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and follow through until resolution or escalation.
• Draft and send collection letters, reminders, and dispute confirmations.
• Report delinquent accounts to the AR Supervisor with status updates and actions.
• Support month-end close and audits with documentation and reconciliation.
• Other duties as assigned to support AR team objectives.
