You will make calls, monitor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and escalate when needed, while maintaining professional customer interactions and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of high-volume corporate collections experience.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to exercise tact and courtesy in frequent contact with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Make customer collection calls and related correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts.
• Resolve customer account discrepancies and short payments.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Leverage Salesforce or senior management to accelerate collections when needed.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Department with additional tasks as necessary.
