Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments from customers.
• Process weekly cash deposits.
• Be the first point of contact for payment inquiries and disputes.
• Identify and contact customers with delinquent accounts to request payment.
• Prepare and send monthly statements; initiate credit holds as needed.
• Maintain records of collection efforts and statuses.
• Collaborate with legal team on liens and related documents.
• Negotiate payment arrangements as authorized.
• Manage authorized payment schedules with customers.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with aging goals set by management.
