Qualifications

• Solid general office skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information.
• Enter and maintain information in written or electronic form.
• Update accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
• Assist in month end reporting procedures.
• Use accounting data to resolve problems and discrepancies.
• Match invoices and work orders with records; record information.
• Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits.
• Reconcile/disclose discrepancies found in records.
