Pcgrecruit is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to handle day-to-day AR duties, revenue and expense oversight for a small region, and credit card receipts coding. This role requires collaboration with Operations and Accounting teams to ensure timely financial data.

Responsibilities include month-end close participation, adherence to internal controls, and assisting with year-end procedures including audits and 1099 filings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and file supporting invoice documentation.
• Participate in the month-end close process.
• Understand, follow, and maintain internal controls.
• Assist with year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with year-end external audit.
• Assist with year-end 1099 filings.
• Assist with research and resolution of discrepancies identified during monthly reconciliations.
• Other administrative duties as needed.
