Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain records.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with collections.
• Maintain customer account information and payment histories.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
