Job summary

Alimak Group USA, Inc is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full AR lifecycle, including billing, cash application, and collections. You will prepare invoices, monitor aging, and communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies.

Join a team supporting accurate cash flow, month-end closings, and audit readiness. Travel may be required; a strong knowledge of AR processes and Dynamics 365 BC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Dynamics 365 BC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable process including customer maintenance, billing, cash application, reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and distribute accurate customer invoices and credit memos.
• Ensure compliance with applicable AR laws and regulations.
• Assist in processing customer payments and applying payments to accounts.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers on invoices, payments, discrepancies and account questions.
• Assist month-end and year-end close activities and AR reporting.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to AR.
