Job summary

Alimak Group USA, Inc is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer billing, payments, and collections. You will prepare invoices, monitor aging, and ensure accurate cash application while supporting month-end close and reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years in AR or related accounting, a degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 BC. Travel may be needed and a strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable processes including billing, cash application, and collections.
• Prepare, review, and distribute accurate customer invoices and credit memos.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on upcoming and past-due balances.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and AR reporting.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Assist with payments processing and reconciliation.
