Qualifications

• Ability to manage order processing and documentation accurately.
• Familiarity with compliance considerations (Safe Harbor regulations and Anti-Kickback statutes).
• Experience supporting clinic set-up and distributor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and documentation for distributor accounts.
• Send Acceptance Certificates and Lease Schedules with signatures.
• Create and manage clinic records across platforms.
• Oversee distributor accounts in licensing portal.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve issues.
• Bill customers across complex billing cycles.
• Process credits for returned devices and reconcile accounts.
• Manage service initiation dates in Sales App and CRM.
• Identify and correct errors in subscription device counts across systems.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM and internal platforms.
• Generate and maintain reports as needed.
• Identify devices eligible for warranty and track status.
