• Process customer orders in QuickBooks for daily shipment release.
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records, credit terms, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to address account inquiries.
• Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing.
• Escalate collection risks and recommend actions.

Responsabilidades
